Gramadotur - Autarky of Tourism and Culture

Gramadotur is the first Autarky of Tourism and Culture in the south of Brazil, responsible for the realization of the notorious events in the official calendar of Gramado, among them, Natal Luz de Gramado, the Gramado Film Festival, Easter in Gramado, Culture and Gastronomy Festival of Gramado, the Festa da Colônia and Amor Gramado. In addition, it maintains the Pedro Henrique Benetti Arts Program, the Gramado Symphony Orchestra and the Expogramado Exhibition and Congress Center.

Fala Brasil School

Fala Brasil is a school committed to high-quality Portuguese language learning and the effective integration of newly-arrived foreigners into the local culture. PORTUGUESE FOR BUSINESS Fala Brasil developed its in-company Portuguese to support expatriates and companies in the process of integrating new employees. Beyond learning the language, they also need to understand the new local culture and environment, and this is where Fala Brasil can provide its expertise. The first face-to-face business contact made in a new country isn't always easy due to the language barrier, and cultural differences. Many people who are transferred to Brazil from abroad find the new environment challenging. The capacity to deal with these challenges together with the acquisition of cultural knowledge gives employees a sense of self-confidence, allowing them to build productive relationships and strengthen their professional commitment. Course content is focused on vocabulary relevant to the individual and their industry we help with introductions, presentations, letter-writing and other common business tasks.

Als gemeinsame Einrichtung der Arbeitskammer des Saarlandes und des DGB bietet BEST fachliche Unterstützung bei der betrieblichen Gestaltung von Arbeit und Technik. Gute Arbeit für Betriebsräte, Personalräte und Mitarbeitervertretungen. Das BEST-Team bündelt Know-how aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung aus zahlreichen betrieblichen Projekten.

The College Initiative

The College Initiative is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing college-capable, low-income students with the tools and mentorship they need to successfully apply to and succeed in college. The College Initiative forms partnerships with school districts, energetic teachers, and college student volunteers to ensure that every student aspiring to go to college will have the opportunity to do so. Services include:  ACT/SAT test preparation  Financial aid consulting  Summer enrichment programs  College application assistance  Guidance through college
